Look at the pathetic results of public education in the USA. Public schools and all their administrators and unionized teachers obviously have absolutely no idea how to get a result.
A small business owner who stays in business knows how to get a result. Otherwise, their small business is soon out of business. No one will come to rescue a failing small business.
Good grades, a college degree does not mean you know how to get a result. A record of results means you know how to get a result. Even if you fail a hundred times and only succeed once means you know how to get a result.
